Precision digital metering, by means of an Allen Bradley RS View Data Acquisition System, permits research scientists and process and manufacturing engineers to test, develop, and improve their products and processes in a scientifically objective environment.
Process data feeds back to a Rockwell PC for comparative review and process optimization. The DataCoat system is designed to run, analyze, feed back, and recalibrate process settings for virtually any combination of web substrates and coating fluids.
